Our state-of-the-art hydraulic system allows for crane-independent operation, making it an economical and safe choice for any construction project.

System Features

  • Modular Design: The Guhua SCS is characterized by its modular design, providing an economical and flexible solution adaptable to various structure shapes and heights.

  • Hydraulic Climbing: Powered by a robust hydraulic system, the formwork climbs independently, ensuring steady progress irrespective of weather conditions, maximizing safety for the construction crew.Large-Area Formwork Elements: The system is designed to raise large-area formwork elements along with the climbing scaffold in a single step, without any crane assistance.

  • Weather-Resistant Operation:The Guhua SCS can climb regardless of climatic influences, and its working platforms can be weather-proofed for additional protection.

System Configuration

  • Formwork SCS 50: Tailored for structures with a formwork height of less than 4.5m and equipped with a 4-level platform. The climbing force of the hydraulic system is 50 kN.

  • Formwork SCS 80/120: Suitable for bigger and Higher structures, offering an integrated up-platform bracket for formwork heights less than 9.0m with 5-6 levels platforms. Additionally, it provides modularized full protection with rapid installation and a safe, fire-proof steel platform and enclosure. And powered with a higher hydraulic climbing force:80kN/120kN.
